1.1 Establishment
The school was established in 1992 by the first principal, the late Mrs M.C Molisenyane with 550 learners, 5 males and 2 female educators (1992-2000).
It was first located in the show – houses of Orange Farm in Drieziek Extention 2 and later moved from where it was in 1993 to platoon at Tshepana Primary School with, Moyisela Primary School
and Laus Deo Primary School for 3 years (4 Schools).
The school received its own building in 1996, which is currently located where it is now in Drieziek Extension 1. The second principal was the late Mr N.S Kumalo (2001-2015). Currently the school’s
learner enrolment is 1004, 25 Educators, including 6 SMT’s, 5 Support staff(PS), 3 Grade – R practitioner, 4- Patrollers, 5 Voluntary Food Handlers and 5 School Governing Body Parents
representatives. The school is currently under the principal-ship of Mrs R.N. Mankaye (2016 to date).
1.2 Vision/Mission and Motto
Vision - To provide quality education which will empower learners and develop them in totally with regards to sports, music, drama, science and technology.
Motto - Enter to learn, depart to serve.
Mission - Through total commitment and dedication of learners, educators, parents and community. Learners’ morals, values, attitudes, skills and knowledge will be enhanced.
1.3 Values
Work Ethics/Values/ Principles: that guides and binds together all the people working in the school are the following:
COMMITMENT, DEDICATION, HARDWORK, LOVE AND CARE, TEAM-WORK/SPIRIT AND EXCELLENCE.
1.4 Current Management
R.N. Mankaye she began her Primary Education in 1975 and attended the following schools; Ntabankulu Primary School, Ubuhle Primary School, Fukama Primary School and Esokwazi Secondary School for her Secondary education.
She did Teachers Diploma at Sebokeng College of Education and furthered her Studies in University of Johannesburg which was then known as RAU University to do her Diploma in FET and Bachelor of Education in Education Management where she graduated in 1991.
She started her working journey in 1992 at Reamohetsoe Primary School. In 1995 she got promotion to be an HOD in Senior Phase. She then got promoted to be the Deputy Principal in 2014.
In 2016 October 01, She was promoted to be the school Principal.
